thevagabondexpressjust discovered a bruise on my shin from after work sword sparring, i'm very happy.
(we use the latex foam ones with the carbon fiber core. you don't need protective equipment for those so long as you have a no headshots rule but you will get beat to shit if you don't so you want be okay with that.)
